My name is Tianna Sankey , and I am the proud founder and owner of BLKgirls Apparel. As a black woman myself, I am deeply passionate about empowering and uplifting other Black women through my brand.

My journey in the fashion industry began with a strong desire to challenge the limited representation of Black women and redefine beauty standards. I recognized the need for a brand that not only celebrated the unique beauty and strength of Black women but also provided a platform for their voices to be heard.

Inspired by my Jamaican heritage and a desire to celebrate the beauty and strength of black women, I founded BLKgirls Apparel. My vision was to create a handbag brand that not only exuded elegance and sophistication but also empowered women to feel confident and powerful in their everyday lives.

My vision for BLKgirls Apparel goes beyond just creating beautiful products. It is about fostering a sense of community and empowerment for Black women. I believe that representation matters, and I am committed to showcasing the diversity, resilience, and talent of Black women through my brand.

As the owner of BLKgirls Apparel, my commitment is not only to offer high-quality and stylish products but also to make them accessible to Black women from all walks of life. I believe that every Black woman deserves to feel confident, celebrated, and empowered, regardless of her background or economic means.
