HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

For domestic orders, BLKgirls Apparel offers FREE U.S. Standard Ground Shipping on all orders orders $75+ USD shipping rates vary by state and will be determined at checkout.

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We totally get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you cannot find this email or have not received it contact, contact@blkgirlsapparel.com for assistance.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS

For domestic orders, please send photos of the defective or incorrect item(s) back to our email contact@blkgirlsapparel.com. Once we receive the email and confirmed, we will gladly send you a replacement.
